Methodology
Quality Score = (Elite % ร 0.6) + (Avg Player Rating ร 0.4)
Elite % = Percentage of league players ranked in global top 500. Higher concentration of elite players indicates stronger overall competition quality.
Note: IPL ranks as Tier 1 despite having the most total elite players because the 10-team structure dilutes concentration. The Hundred ranks highest due to small squad sizes maximizing elite player density.
